What you will be doing?

• Developing full-funnel growth strategies across multiple Web3 platforms and mainstream channels, driving acquisition, engagement, and retention (e.g. KOL drops, quest campaigns, and token-gated conversions).
• Designing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies and campaign activations simultaneously across various Web3 projects.
• Owning the planning and execution of incentive mechanisms (airdrops, point programs, referrals), ensuring they align with token design and growth goals.
• Building co-marketing partnerships with protocols, DAOs, influencers, KOLs, DeFi/NFT projects — and keeping those relationships warm.
• Building, presenting, and executing new client project proposals.
• Owning and optimizing marketing operations, including KPI tracking, budget management, and campaign performance reporting.
• Utilizing AI and automation tools to enhance content creation, audience segmentation, and campaign efficiency.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams on multiple projects, including product, design, content and leadership, to align growth strategies with business objectives.

What you bring to the table?

• 5+ years of proven marketing experience, including 3+ years in Web3, blockchain, TradeFi or DeFi sectors. Demonstrated success in scaling marketing strategies for Web3 projects.
• Capability to shift your focus to work and lead multiple projects, while navigating a startup environment.
• Proven success leading marketing growth strategies for Web3 projects, from launch to scale including performing the activations for those campaigns - token-gated quests, airdrops, referral loops, meme drops, collabs with DAOs/KOLs, and Twitter-to-Discord funnel activations.
• Curiosity in AI, already integrating tools like Midjourney, ChatGPT, or custom GPTs into your workflow and generate content through AI.
• Comfortable and experienced working in a fully remote team environment, with strong communication, accountability, and self-management skills.
• Pro-activity and self-organisation on a day-to-day basis.
• Familiarity with platforms and tools such as Dune Analytics, Nansen, Token Terminal, Addressable, Galxe, Layer3, Notion, Framer, and other.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills, both online and offline, especially within crypto-native communities.
• Fluent in, not only English, but the language of tokenomics, on-chain analytics, and wallet-based targeting.
• You are someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty.
