What you will be doing?

• Leading marketing campaigns across content, community, influencer, and growth channels. Manage timelines, deliverables, and KPIs
• Driving marketing execution by owning content calendars, posting schedules, and coordinating with designers and KOLs/influencers to ensure consistent, on-brand campaign delivery
• Coordinating all marketing efforts for the projects you have been delegated and making sure they are executed on time
• Serving as the go-to liaison for clients, guiding them from pre-sale to post-launch with strategic support and relationship care, ensuring clear communication, strong engagement, and long-term satisfaction
• Proactively managing expectations, assess risks, and maintain momentum — even when plans shift
• Monitoring campaign analytics, report on results, and proactively recommend optimizations
• Working closely with internal teams (marketing, product, tech, design, content) and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution
• Staying current on crypto trends, emerging platforms (Farcaster, Lens, etc.), and ecosystem shifts to inform strategy.

What you bring to the table?

• 3–4 years of experience in account or project management of a marketing project, with at least 2+ years in Web3, blockchain, or crypto marketing
• Proven ability to lead marketing initiatives across Twitter, Discord, Telegram, Farcaster, Mirror, and other crypto-native channels
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects, including content creation, community growth, and platform integrations
• Strong organizational and time-management skills — you know your way around Asana, Notion, ClickUp, or similar
• Data-savvy mindset with experience using analytics to drive decisions
• Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast paced environment
• Crypto-native or fluent in Web3 lingo, with a passion for the evolving digital landscape
• You are someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty.

Nice to have:

• Experience with payment systems, DeFi, or token launch mechanics
• Familiarity with influencer/KOL campaigns in Web3
• Understanding of regulatory considerations
• Past work in NFT launches, tokenized campaigns, or DAO community building
• Prior agency experience or startup mentality — especially at the “zero to one” stage.
