What you will be doing?

• Crafting and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns and strategies (organic, content, growth loops) that resonate with the Web3 audience and drive user acquisition
• Simultaneously leading multiple projects and managing key marketing initiatives, syncing with cross-functional teams to hit milestones and ensuring all campaigns are executed on time and on budget
• Creating dedicated and personalised project proposals, after performing a client and market research
• Creating comprehensive social media campaigns, from goal definition and tone of voice development to content strategy and audience alignment
• Analyzing market trends and customer data to guide decisions
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts with broader business objectives
• Supporting day-to-day management of social media (Twitter, LinkedIn, Medium etc.) with pre-planned content calendars and real-time engagement
• Deeply understand each client's market positioning, business objectives, brand identity, and target audiences to inform content strategy
• Continuously monitoring key performance metrics and provide data-backed insights for optimization.

What you bring to the table?

• 2 - 3 years of proven experience in growth marketing, including ideally 2+ years in Web3, blockchain, or tech sectors, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns
• Profound familiarity with the Web3 audience and its nuances
• Demonstrable experience launching products and growing communities and owning growth KPIs in a startup or early-stage environment
• Familiarity with platforms and tools such as Dune Analytics, Nansen, Token Terminal, Addressable, Galxe, Layer3, Discord, Notion, Framer, and other
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms
• Strong analytical mindset and a knack for making data-driven decisions
• Ability to optimize marketing operations
• A proactive, self-organised, one-step-ahead approach and a “Can-do-attitude”.
• Comfortable and experienced working in a fully remote team environment, with strong communication, accountability, and self-management skills
• You are someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty.
